Hello,
and welcome to my little hole.
For quite some time now I have wanted to have a place where I could show some of my photography. This envy was driven by some social pressure from my friends who like my pictures (they are good friends) but also by something new for me, the recognition that I have a voice.
What really precipitated the creation of this space was an event that two good friends and I organized.
Here's how I remember it started:
A few months ago, we were engaged in a very deep and serious conversation about our inner truth, how to find it, if possible.
Of course we disagreed but it started a conversation that raised more questions than definitive answers. But something funny happened, we realized that we already did some work about this. My friend had written a few texts and I took some pictures that could help fuel our conversation.
We could have keep talking and arguing, and eventually become experts of our own Nombril (Navel), instead we organized a diner in a very nice restaurant in San francisco at the end of february 2014 and shared some texts and pictures with 40 friends, lovers and strangers.
To our delight, it sparkled many more conversations and questions during the evening.
